Maysun Delivers Egyptian Transformers

Freight forwarder Maysun Supply Chain Management has delivered a set of 10 transformers from Shanghai to Egypt.

The breakbulk shipment included transformers and spare parts with six sets weighing more than 180 tonnes. The cargo measured 17,800 cubic meters.

“Due to New Year holiday in China, we met a difficulty to get road permits in time to move cargo from factory to terminal, but we succeeded in time to get everything to port and loaded safely and on time,” a spokesperson for Maysun Supply Chain Management said.

Registered in Shanghai, Maysun provides international heavy-lift cargo engineering and is a member of the WCA cargo forwarding network which represents operators in 88 countries.
