Cargo shipping line Blue Water transports hydraulic pile driving hammers from UAE.
Cargo shipping line Blue Water has transported a set of hydraulic pile driving hammers from the UAE to locations around the world.
The breakbulk shipment involved four hammers, the largest of which weighed 170 tonnes. Cargo was loaded in Dubai and delivered on behalf of long-time client Menck.
“The scope of the project was particularly challenging because of the time constraints in arranging the charter vessel and limited laycan to transship and segregate all cargoes in Jebel Ali for on-carriage to India, Singapore and Germany,” said Saba Tsinadze, group coordinator at Blue Water.
Blue Water operates 55 offices in more than 26 countries worldwide and is headquartered in Esbjerg on the west coast of the Jutland peninsula in southwest Denmark.
