Two Port Calls in Brest
Cargo shipping line Blue Water has handled the retrieval and discharge of a tidal turbine in the north of France.
The cargo was required at short notice and contracted by Sabella and Inyanga Tech. Operations were completed using Blue Water’s constructive support vessel, or CSV, Olympic Zeus for two port calls in Brest.
“The operations went very well, the turbine was retrieved and discharged on the quay in Brest without any problems, and we are very happy participating in this renewable energy form,” said Alexandre Blanc from Blue Water.
Blue Water operates 55 offices in more than 26 countries worldwide and is headquartered in Esbjerg on the west coast of the Jutland peninsula in southwest Denmark.
