FLS Transports Damper And Diverter Units

Heavy-transport firm FLS Projects has delivered a cargo of damper and diverter units with auxiliary equipment from Vietnam to Sweden.

The consignment consisted of 36 packages, which were loaded at the fabricator’s site before trucking to Vietso Port at night to avoid traffic difficulties. From there the cargo sailed by barge to Thi Vai General Port and was transshipped from Phu My, Vietnam to Norrkoping, Sweden.

“FLS's scope included supervision, trucking and stevedores to ensure safe and professional lashing of the cargo with wooden dunnage and choking as well as securing the cargo with chains and ratchet belts,” a spokesperson for FLS said.

Based in Laem Chabang, Thailand, FLS Projects provides breakbulk handling worldwide and operates offices in Vietnam, Australia, Indonesia and Singapore.  FLS also recently delivered four teeming cranes and 23 packages of bypass stacks from shippers locations in Rayong and Chonburi areas to Laem Chabang port.
