Freight forwarder Gianti Logistics has delivered two transformer units from Poti, Georgia, to Baku, Azerbaijan.
The units weighed 100 tonnes and one weighing 38.8 tonnes. The heavier unit measured more than 5 meters high and 4 meters wide and high.
“The consignment was on behalf of Baku Steel Co., and Gianti used their special fleet” for the transports, a spokesperson for Gianti said.
Based in Tbilisi, Georgia, Gianti Logistics is a member of the Project Logistics Alliance, which represents pre-qualified freight forwarding companies in more than 80 countries.
