(Africa) Breakbulk to Senegal and Mali
Breakbulk handler Goodrich Logistics has transported a series of breakbulk packages from India to multiple locations in Africa.
The delivery, on behalf of a major engineering, procurement and construction player, involved two 80-tonne transformers and more than 700 container loads. Cargo was loaded from factory’s in Central and North India and delivered to locations in Senegal and Mali
“The timeline for deliveries had to be clinically planned to ensure the smooth movement of shipments from the various gateway ports to the inland sites, while also having to cross an international border,” a spokesperson for Goodrich said.
Representing Kazakhstan, Goodrich Central Asia is a member of the Project Logistics Alliance, which connects pre-qualified project forwarders in 114 countries.
