(Europe) Shipment from Germany
Cargo firm Tschudi Logistics has delivered a set of turbine parts from Germany to Denmark.
The project involved shipment of 160 tonnes of cargo via charter vessel from northern Germany. Upon arrival in port in Denmark, the consignment was discharged to trucks and transported by road to their final destination.
“The scope of work undertaken by Tschudi not only included chartering of a suitable vessel, but also consisted of lashing and safely securing the cargo for a safe transfer,” a spokesperson for the firm said.
Tschudi is an exhibitor at Breakbulk Europe and a member of the Project Logistics Alliance, which connects small- and medium-sized project forwarders worldwide.
