Carrier Targets Deeper Market Insights

Saudi Arabian shipping group Bahri has announced plans to expand its market presence in the Asia-Pacific region as it seeks meet growing customer demand in the chemicals and logistics sectors.

The expansion will focus on growth in Singapore and the wider APAC region through “deeper insights into market trends.” This effort will involve sister companies Bahri Logistics and Bahri Chemicals working together to market new offerings and channelize communications, the company said.

“Our expansion in the Asia-Pacific region represents a key milestone in our journey, and with this, we have come even closer to our customers, allowing us to serve them better offering a wider range of industry services and unprecedented value,” said Bahri CEO Abdullah Aldubaikhi.

Bahri is one of the largest maritime services provider in the world and alongside a fleet of breakbulk vessels also operates several double-hull very large crude carriers (VLCCs), chemical carriers, dry bulkers and multipurpose roll-on, roll-off vessels.
