Blue Water Moves Stone Crushers

Cargo shipping line Blue Water has transported five stone crusher machines from Svedala, Sweden, to Adelaide, Australia.

The machinery measured a total volume of 614 cubic meters and weighed 455 tonnes. Smaller parts and accessories were delivered to Helsingborg’s port and carried via Maersk Line while the major components were delivered to Gothenburg and shipped on a Hoegh Autoliner vessel.

“The stone crushers are a very important part of Sandvik´s project for the crushing equipment provided to the Cairn Hill magnetite mine plant in South Australia … on-transit information has been very detailed and punctual, helping us in making our communication with the customer faster and more effective,”  said Luca Di Filippantonio, coordinator at Sandvik.

Blue Water operates 55 offices in more than 26 countries worldwide and is headquartered in Esbjerg on the west coast of the Jutland peninsula in southwest Denmark.
