Bolloré partners CLS Logistics in Ethiopia
Freight specialist Bolloré Transport & Logistics has signed a memorandum of understanding with developer CLS Logistics to create a joint venture in Ethiopia.
The new venture plans to invest €15 million to build a fully secure logistics hub in the country. Construction will involve development of a 12,000-square-meter warehouse space on a five-hectare site in the capital.
This new agreement will enable us to consolidate our logistics offer in Ethiopia, but it also reflects our desire to make a long term commitment to strengthen the national logistics sector through structuring investments,” said Patrick Gerenthon, Cluster manager at Bollore.
Bolloré Transport & Logistics is a subsidiary of French industrial conglomerate Bolloré, headquartered in Puteaux, on the western outskirts of Paris.
