Saigon New Port Logistics Moves Transformers

Delivered to Khanh Hoa for Solar Power Plant

Transport services provider Saigon New Port Logistics has delivered two transformers from China to a solar power plant at Khanh Hoa, Vietnam.

The breakbulk cargo was delivered via Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City and weighed 59 tonnes. Each transformer measured 8 meters long, 3 meters wide and 4 meters high.

“Using a total of four flat-rack containers as the base, we unloaded the breakbulk units from the container vessel to Cat Lai CY and then arranged the delivery to the jobsite at Khanh Hoa province,” a spokesperson for Saigon New Port Logistics said.

Based in Vietnam, Saigon New Port Logistics is a member of the WCA network, which connects freight forwarders and project cargo companies worldwide.
