Logistics group Chirey Projects has completed delivery of multiple transformers from China to Bangladesh.
The complex project involved handling transformers weighing 140 tonnes each and measuring more than 9 meters long, 3 meters wide and 4 meters high. Cargo was loaded in Shanghai and transported to Chattogram on the southeast coast of Bangladesh.
“Scope of service included inland transport, port handle, customs clearance, and chartering by heavy-lift vessel,” a spokesperson for the firm said.
Registered in Hong Kong, Chirey is a member of the XL Projects network, which connects heavy-transport providers worldwide.
