Transport of 67 pieces from Shuwaikh, Kuwait
Project cargo firm Kuwait Transcontinental Shipping has delivered a crawler crane and ancillary equipment from Kuwait to Qatar.
The breakbulk cargo weighed 620 tonnes and was transported in 67 pieces from Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The total volume of the consignment was 1,395 cubic meters.
“A total of three low-bed and 27 flat-rack trailers were used to move the full lot from the pickup site to inside Shuwaikh port 50 kilometers away,” a spokesperson for KTS said.
Headquartered in Kuwait, KTS is a member of the WCA network which connects freight forwarders and project cargo companies worldwide.
