Transport from Korea to Tri-State Area
Cargo forwarder World Logistics Consulting has delivered a transformer set to the U.S. from Korea.
The breakbulk project involved shipment of one MVA unit weighing 61 tonnes, plus accessories in 22 pacakges with a total volume of 214 cubic meters. The cargo was delivered to the Silver Saddle Substation located in Henderson, Colorado.
“WLC coordinated the entire work scope including the discharging, trans-loading, the inland transit, as well as offloading onto the foundation via crane,” a spokesperson for the firm said.
