Shipment from Belgium to Brazil
Logistics groups ABL and CTO have collaborated to deliver a shipment of brewery equipment from Belgium to Brazil.
The over-dimensional cargo included a “large and high crated” piece of heavy industrial brewery equipment that was loaded in Antwerp, Belgium. From there it was shipped to the port of Rio de Janeiro before onward transport to Juatuba, Brazil.
"Time constraints meant the arrival at the port of Rio de Janeiro coincided with the Rio Carnival period but thanks to the high standard of assistance from CTO and the well-oiled collaboration and communication between ABL and CTO, the safe delivery to Juatuba was on time and achieved with success,” said Eric Hunter of ABL.
ABL and CTO are members of the Project Cargo Network, which connects breakbulk and heavy-lift forwarders in more than 100 countries.
