Delivery from Germany to Bangladesh
Heavy-transport firm Alexander Global Logistics has delivered a set of crane parts from Germany to Bangladesh.
The consignment included breakbulk items weighing up tto 99 tonnes and measuring up 18 meters in length. The firm arranged carriage from Hamburg to Chittagong Seaport, Bangladesh, before onward transit to Parbatipur, in the north of the country.
“AGL's scope of work included the pre-carriage per truck ex supplier to the port of Hamburg, survey during reloading from truck to terminal and assembly of two railway cranes at the terminal,” a spokesperson for AGL said.
Headquartered in Bremen in Northern Germany, AGL provides ship chartering services, transhipment, warehousing and distribution as well as full service logistics for heavy-lift and project cargo deliveries
