Freight forwarder Al Bader has transported a set of breakbulk crane parts from Kuwait to Singapore.
The consignment involved cargo weighing more than 40 tonnes and measuring 12 meters long and 4 meters wide and high. The main body was loaded onto a roll-on, roll-off vessel using a MAFI trailer while parts were loaded to 12 containers.
"The crane was moved from a project site in Kuwait to Shuwaikh Port, and the customs clearance was completed within 24 hours,” said Shalom Philip Abraham at Al Bader.
Based in Kuwait, Al Bader is a member of the Project Cargo Network, which connects breakbulk handlers in over 100 countries.
