Petrochemical parts delivered from Spain to Peru
Breakbulk handler Andina Freight has delivered a cargo of petrochemical parts from Spain to Peru.
The consignment involved 40 tonnes of material for a major petrochemical project in Peru and was transported by air freight. A team from Andina oversaw loading operations at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport and discharge at Lima.
“Andina Freight faced the challenge that there were currently almost no line options that have the capacity to move this high tonnage [but] nevertheless took the challenge and delivered the cargo safely direct to the project site,” a spokesperson for the firm said.
Representing Peru and Chile, Andina Freight is a member of breakbulk association, the Project Logistics Alliance, which connects pre-qualified firm in 88 countries.
