deugro Strengthens Danish Footprint With Base at Lindø

deugro’s Global Wind Renewable Energy division has strengthened its footprint in Denmark after launching a new set-up at wind energy hub Lindø.

The facility, part of the Port of Odense on the island of Funen, comprises 28,000 square meters of storage space inside the port area and is equipped with dedicated manpower, cargo handling gear for large components and a newly established deugro office.

Peter Alstrup Haubro, head of Renewable Supply Chain at deugro, said the new facility would create “a strong operational base close to key manufacturers and project sites,” helping to deliver “simple, practical and scalable support for our clients.”

Operations will be led by Ricky Bartsch, project coordinator at deugro and seasoned professional with long-standing operational experience at Lindø.

Lars Aarestrup Sørensen, senior key account manager at deugro, said the hub would position deugro to play “an even stronger role” supporting the region’s energy transition.

“By combining local expertise with our global network, we are creating a robust platform to deliver integrated, future-ready supply chain solutions for increasingly complex wind projects,” he said.

deugro will be exhibiting at Breakbulk Europe 2026 on 16-18 June in Rotterdam.
