Dismantled Press Shipped to Constanta
Breakbulk firm Europrim Shipping has delivered an automotive press from Slovakia to Romania.
The outsized unit weighed 285 tonnes and was dismantled into three pieces, weighing between 75 and 110 tonnes. The cargo was moved by barge from Bratislava to the Constanta in Romania.
“After receiving the cargo in Constanta, the Europrim operational team successfully managed the transshipment of the pieces onto special road trailers and organized the further door delivery to the consignee at Pitesti destination city, 350 kilometers inland from the port,” a Europrim spokesperson said.
Based in Romania, Europrim Shipping is a member of Project Logistics Alliance, which connects pre-qualified breakbulk specialists in 88 countries.
