Project cargo carrier Everokgroup has delivered an impact rock crusher from Shanghai to Fremantle, Australia.
The breakbulk item weighed 51 tonnes and was shipped by roll-on, roll-off vessel. The unit measured more than 17 meters long, 3 meters wide and 4 meters high.
“There was a mechanical problem with this machine, so we were unable to load it on the vessel [but having] located a professional repairman, familiar with the specific brand of machine in Shanghai it was finally moved onto the vessel just in time,” a spokesperson for Everokgroup explained.
Based in Shanghai, Everokgroup is a member of the WCA network, a breakbulk association which connects breakbulk providers in more than 180 countries.
