Double-walled Steel Pipes Delivered to France
Breakbulk carrier Express Global Logistics has delivered a shipment of double-walled steel pipes from Gujarat to France.
The consignment consisted of 425 polyethylene-coated pipes, each measuring 25 inches in diameter. They were carried by inland haulage from Dahej and Kandla up to wharf at Kandla Port before onward shipment.
“The total weight of the shipment was 1,320 tons and had a volume of 3121 cubic meters,” a spokesperson for EXG said.
Headquartered in Mumbai, EXG provides multisurface logistics, breakbulk transport and heavy equipment rentals throughout India. The firm is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium, which connects independent project cargo forwarding company in 78 countries.
