FLS Delivers Kuwait Oil Cargo

Project forwarder Fleet Line Shipping Services has transported a set of flow metering skids from Dubai to Kuwait.
                                                                 
The breakbulk consignment was delivered despite numerous disruption to shipping in the region. The cargo measured 17 meters in length and was loaded onto an 18 meter-low bed trailer for transport overland.
 
“They were successfully delivered in a record time of seven days for such an over-dimensional cargo, even though the operations team had limited time to obtain all the necessary approvals, documents, permissions and escorts,” a spokesperson for the firm said. 
 
Headquartered in Dubai, FLS also operates offices in Jebel Ali in the UAE and Basra, Iraq. The firm is a member of the Project Logistics Alliance, and is a pioneer in shipping cargo to Iraq and CIS countries.
