FLS Transports Singapore Steel Reels

Cargo handler FLS Projects has delivered a shipment of steel reels from Johor in Malaysia to PSA terminals, Singapore.

The over-dimensional cargo was collected from the suppliers premises in Malaysia and trucked cross-border, without the need to transfer to a Singapore-licensed truck thanks to special permits obtained by FLS Singapore to conduct in-port operations.

“Upon entry being granted by the port authority, FLS Singapore guided the Malaysian haulier into the port and coordinated between the carrier, terminal operator and stevedores for a smooth loading,” a spokesperson for FLS said.
