(Europe-Americas) Delivery to Colombia
Freight forwarder Intermodal Forwarding has completed delivery of an asphalt plant from Spain to Colombia.
The complex project was delivered on behalf of Madrid-based construction company Sacyr. Transport involved several breakbulk pieces which were transferred to Mafi Trailers and stowed aboard a roll-on, roll-off vessel.
“The rest of the cargo, such as pipes and rails, were shipped on containers with a regular container shipping line,” a spokesperson for the firm said.
Headquartered in Spain, Intermodal Forwarding also operates offices in the Czech Republic and Poland. The firm is a member of the XL Projects network. XLP is an exhibitor at Breakbulk events.
