Updated Site Improves Equipment Availability
Heavy-lift expert Mammoet has strengthened its presence in the Netherlands with the expansion of its Westdorpe facility.
The newly upgraded site will carry out maintenance for Mammoet’s fleet, improving equipment availability and delivering a more flexible service. The new facility will also support Belgian depots in Antwerp and Gent.
“Maintenance can now be completed overnight, ensuring the fleet at these key locations can operate at optimal capacity, following the construction of a 37-by 29-meter maintenance hall at the Westdorpe terminal,” a spokesperson for Mammoet said.
Mammoet provides a range of heavy-lift services including project cargo transportation, logistics planning and crane rental from global headquarters in Schiedam in the Netherlands.
