New Hub in Istanbul
Breakbulk specialist Martin Bencher Group is to expand its presence in Turkey, with a new office in the capital Istanbul.
The new location will tap the citys position as a commercial and logistics hub, allowing the firm to focus on new opportunities in Asia, Europe and North Africa. The Turkish branch will be led by Managing Director Enes Yilmaz, who brings more than 20 years of project logistics experience to the role.
“This is another milestone for the Martin Bencher Group. Turkey is a great place for project shipping and Martin Bencher has been active in the Turkish market since years. I strongly believe that with our own of office in place, it will lead to significant growth in our activities in a very short time” Yilmaz said.
Martin Bencher provides shipping and forwarding services worldwide via 30 offices in 22 countries. The group is headquartered in Denmark.
