Delivery from Kocaeli, Turkey
Cargo carrier Network Global Logistics has transported four outsized transformers from Turkey to Russia.
The breakbulk cargo consisted of four 38-megavolt-amp transformers, which were loaded at Kocaeli, Turkey. A team from Network Global then oversaw all logistics for delivery to Rostov in western Russia.
“Network Global's scope of work included … route survey, transport of main tanks and accessories from factory to port, sea freight from Turkey to Russia [and] customs clearance operations at destination customs point,” a spokesperson for NGL said.
Based in Russia, NGL is a member of the Project Logistics Alliance, which represents pre-qualified freight forwarding companies in more than 80 countries.
