Breakbulk association the Project Cargo Network has launched its bespoke Virtual 1-2-1 Booking System, allowing operators to support remote working.
The new platform was launched at the start of July and allows members to make notes against each meeting. It also provides access one-to-one messaging so that participants can engage with each other within the app.
“We are aware that communication and connections are vital, and we have very much enjoyed ‘seeing’ our members during our regular Zoom meetings, which have included guest speakers from CMA CGM and CargoWise. At the moment, we are living in a very different world and we don’t yet know what the future holds with regards to the gathering of large groups,” said Rachel Crawford, CEO of PCN.
The Project Cargo Network represents more than 250 ISO 9001 and ISO 14001-certified project cargo and heavy-lift specialists in more than 110 countries.
