(Asia-MENA) Delivery to Iraq
Logistics firm Star Shipping has transported four 110-tonne transformers from China to Iraq.
The outsized units were loaded in Shanghai. Scope of work included receiving the shipment, handling, shipping to Iraq and rigging of the transformers on their foundations at the site.
"We are rapidly growing and spreading our wings by delivering quality logistics and shipping services to our valued international clients. This cross-project shipment was delivered from Shanghai in China to Iraq successfully and we also did the erection and rigging onto the foundations at the Grid Station site in Iraq,” said Muhammad Kamran, CEO of Star Shipping.
Star Shipping is a member of industry association XL Projects, which connects companies focused on heavy-lift handling and transportation. XLP is an exhibitor at Breakbulk events.
