Swire Introduces Weekly Service

Multipurpose liner company Swire Shipping will introduce a weekly service connecting North Asia and the Pacific Islands in October.

The new service will improve transit times to the Pacific from China, South Korea and Japan as well as offering increased connections in to the Pacific Islands from South East Asia, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Indian Sub-Continent.

“With the introduction of this weekly service we will provide better frequency for our customers … Swire Shipping remains committed to offering our customers sustainable shipping solutions and being their partner of choice,” said Jeremy Sutton, general manager of Swire Shipping.

Swire Shipping is the liner shipping division of The China Navigation Co. and operates a fleet of multipurpose ships specialized in carrying, breakbulk and heavy-lift cargoes around the globe.
