CAT, Komatsu Excavators Delivered to Shanghai
Project cargo expert TSL Australia has delivered a set of earth moving machinery form Australia to China.
The outsized machines included CAT 390D and Komatsu D475A excavators and measured 411 cubic meters in total. The cargo was shipped in 13 pieces, weighing 196 tonnes.
“Shanghai ro-ro port had rejected second-hand machineries on ro-ro unless carrier accepted all liabilities. To enable the shipment to move forward, we carried out to place all units on roller trailers,” a spokesperson for TSL said.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, TSL also operates a branch office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The firm is a member of the WCA Network, which connects freight forwarders and project cargo companies worldwide..
