Turk Heavy Moves Bahrain Tool Trolleys
Project cargo firm Turk Heavy Transport has delivered a cargo of tool trolleys via the Port of Khalifa Bin Salman in Bahrain.
The consignment comprised eight tool trolleys, weighing 53 tonnes each, and measuring 11 meters long, 6 meters wide and 5 meters high. Delivery was completed for Alba Pot Line 6.
“All of the tool trolleys were received from ship hook on a hydraulic low-bed at KBS Port and was placed in temporary storage on stools support. At a later date, the tool trolleys were jacked up and jacked down onto a hydraulic low-bed and transported to the final destination,” a spokesperson for Turk Heavy said.
Headquartered in Bahrain, Turk Heavy Transport operates a fleet of heavy-lift and out-of-gauge cargo vehicles which includes two 250-tonne capacity hydraulic low beds and several prime movers. The firm is a member of the Project Cargo Network, a global association of breakbulk operators.
