Two Transformers Delivered to Bahrain Substation
Project cargo firm Turk Heavy Transport has transported a shipment of transformers from Khalifa Bin Salman Port to Eskan Substation in Bahrain.
The cargo included two transformers, each weighing 35 tonnes and measuring 6 meters long. Accessories for the two units measured a further 12 meters in length.
Headquartered in Bahrain, Turk Heavy Transport operates a fleet of heavy-lift and out-of-gauge cargo vehicles which includes two 250-tonne capacity hydraulic low beds and several prime movers.
The firm also recently completed delivery of three transformers from vessel hook at Khalifa Bin Salman Port. The cargo was transferred to Zallaq substation and weighed 142 tonnes in total.
