(Europe) Subsidiary Secures Land for Breakbulk Hub
Heavy-lift solutions provider Xellz has secured land to construct an offshore supply base at the Port of Rosslare, Ireland.
The proposed facility will act as a major breakbulk hub for the Irish offshore wind sector, and gives direct access to the quay for loading and off-loading of equipment. The firm secured roughly 200,000 square meters of land via its Irish subsidiary.
“We are very excited to have been able to secure this land which will give us the opportunity to start the development of the port area and to make it ready for the near future OWF’s in the Irish and Celtic Sea.” said Petrus Bouwhuis, CEO of Xellz.
